I’m Thomas Slaughter, President and CEO of Strategic Intent Consulting Group, Inc. (SICG). We founded SICG in 2015 on the core principles of being open & honest, innovative, knowledgeable, transparent, forward thinking, and insightful.

While working in a Global Fortune 1000 company, I saw firsthand how businesses were routinely misguided by the inexperienced or sales people disguised as consultants. After seeing this time and time again, I told my wife “Wouldn’t it be nice for a company to treat their client as a partner and not a dollar amount.” That’s when she told me, why don’t you become that company. That’s when Strategic Intent Consulting Group was born.

Since then we’ve had the privilege to work with so many amazing clients helping them innovate, design, and implement best technologies or solutions that align with their initiatives and goals.
