Strategic Intent Consulting Group was founded by Thomas Slaughter and his wife Kaisha Slaughter in 2015. As a former Corporate IT Director with over fifteen years of experience in IT Management and System Administration; Thomas identified a need in the market for a Managed IT Services company based on transparency, honesty, and integrity. After witnessing the lack of authenticity and accountability in the industry, he decided to start his own company that would align with his core values.

With a passion to build a customer service focused company, Thomas created SICG with the core principles of being honest, transparent, knowledgeable, innovative, and insightful. SICG takes pride in building strong, personal relationships with all their clients; and ensures that their IT solutions make sense from a cost versus benefit approach.
